I have a jeep and I have been coming to this location for servicing since I purchased. My last visit was particularly memorable. Rylan Dunn was my service associate and helped guide me through the entire process with ease. He kept me updated and got me a very fair price on repairs that I thought would have cost more. He was incredible and delivered fantastic customer service. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here based off this!

Fortunately I only have to do oil changes and tire rotations minor maintenance with my 2017 longhorn, we recently added a 1950 dodge Ram hood ornament, & a linkswells G-6 screen from a local LV Fabracator, I wouldn’t trust this truck with just anyone.
Once upon a time I would have absolutely not recommended this Mopar/JEEP service center. They were just awful. But ... the last year (ish) the service has been stellar. I don't what changed but the time management, communication, efficiency and morale are all 5 star worthy.
Got my car back in 2017 at this dealership and have had all my services for my car since then. Kerven Baptiste, the service advisor, is one of the best guys they have in that department. He's always professional, courteous, and great at communicating the details and solutions to my car issues. He's been extremely helpful over the years, thank you Kerven!

Recent service appointment was such an improvement. Service advisor Jennifer did a great job communicating and explaining services needed for my vehicle. Kept me updated on vehicle progress. I found out after that there’s a new GM. Stopped coming here for service two years ago because my last experience here was not good. Glad I gave 215 service department another chance.

Brought my truck in on a Saturday morning without an appointment, for an oil change and not only did they get it knocked out fairly quick, but they also threw in a complimentary truck wash without me asking. Awesome! My experience with this location over the years, has always been very positive and they have always been very friendly, professional and accommodating, within reason. I have no complaints what so ever. Keep up the great work Desert 215! : )

Got my truck serviced a few weeks back. Hunter Haigwood took great care of me and even offered to uber me to work and back, which has never been done for me the year i’ve been getting my truck serviced there. Exceptional trying to go above and beyond. Makes my services hassle free every-time.

Due to some mechanical issues with my 2016 RAM Ecodiesel where the cost of repair didn't make sense vs trading it in for a newer truck. Felt that both the service and sales departments were honest and worth talking to. Took a bit but purchased a newer truck.
One of the better dealerships in town..8 bought my jeep from somewhere else and regret it..so info my service here to make up for it.

I strongly recommend the desert215 service department. They consistently demonstrate a willingness to assist me with all my Jeep concerns. Henry provided a comprehensive explanation of how my recall Jeep wrangler 4xe issues will be resolved accurately and promptly. Jose was attentive to my needs during the oil change service. Overall, the desert215 team comprises knowledgeable and friendly individuals. 5 stars all around!
Purchased a new 2023 GC 4xe Summit Reserve. Came in knowing what I wanted after browsing online. Said I wanted x price at x months, no budging. After a couple back and forths we were able to make a deal within my budget that seemed like a fair price for the Jeep. They had me in and out within ~2.5 hours. I would come back to buy another car here.

I just wanted to say that my experience with the service department at Desert 215 was amazing. I bought a 2024 jeep grand Cherokee. My wife had picked up a nail in her tire. Called the service desk, talked to Al about my problem he said bring it right over and we’ll check it out. When I got there a service writer named Zac came out to ck me in, a very nice person. He wrote up my repair order and had a tech take my vehicle right in for the repair, and this was without an appointment. I was there ...
This is the 2nd time I've had my Jeep serviced by Desert 215 and the second time that Kevin assisted me as my service point-of-contact. I really appreciate how kind he is and how he always kept me in the loop with respect to what was needed to fix my Jeep, and the timing that it would likely take to correct. Great experience overall and I recommend to anyone in need of service.
Desert 215 services all of my vehicles. My advisor Jose always responds quickly and keeps me well informed regarding my vehicles. The techs have done a great job of fixing my vehicles quickly, and correctly. One of the main reasons we buy our vehicles here is Jose and his team! 7 or 8 cars in 2 years....repeat customers.
Matt and Jesus were absolutely amazing. They allowed my parents to come look at the car we were interested in for us since we live in a different state due to military. They were extremely helpful the entire time and even helped find a company to ship the vehicle to us.
