1st visit to Desert 215 Superstore Chrysler, Dodge Jeep with my 2025 Jeep Wrangler. Jasmine provided extremely professional customer service and communication. I waited while my jeep was being serviced and she came out and updated me several times on the service timing and how it was going. After the services she also walked me to my jeep to physically review what was done. I appreciated her professional interaction and follow up. I will be back for future services.

Super sleazy sales tactics!! I brought my Jeep in for service and was immediately texted an offer to appraise it. When I accepted, that is when my entire day was wasted.
I was interested in two vehicles that qualified for 0% financing, but every question I asked got vague or partial answers. Instead, I was met with "come in, and we will figure it out" all day. My car was in their service center, so I was stuck at home!

5 stars hands down. I was in a bind my truck went out. I missed 2 days of work and on day 3 I applied online and Frank Rodriguez called me 1st and insisted I come in and he guaranteed me to leave with a vehicle. Was very happy with my service advisor Mark. He and team helped me navigate a difficult repair. He communicated effectively and with empathy. He made my issue his own and really made a bad situation, not as bad.
I am very happy with the service and communication I received on my 2016 Dodge Durango. Lead by Mark we were able to navigate a large and difficult repair. Multiple times Mark had to call me with bad news and he delivered it clearly, and with the perfect amount of empathy. He really took my issue on as his own and made a rough situation much better. Desert 215 is very lucky to have him.

Called for an appointment and they gave it for the next day, while another company kept me waiting. Mr. Jose Topete took care of me, he was very professional, friendly and courteous. This will be my go-to place for my jeep service maintenance.
Started off good. Was helped quickly had a friendly guy help me. Was a miscommunication toward the middle. Was getting back burner i called management they turned everything around got me my car expedited and gave me great service. I'm going to come back and give them another shot. Stay away from text communication and in face communication with genuine intent to provide all star service is key.
Yesterday I got my dream car at this dealership and the gentleman who helped me with the process is named Garrett. This was by far the best and smooth car purchase ever! This was my 2nd time going to the service department for scheduled maintenance and both times I was treated like family. Everyone was super nice and courteous plus the service wait was never long, just over an hour.

Battery went bad after 2 years. They wouldn't replace since it was a warranty battery, which replaced the previous battery that also went bad after 2 years. They quoted me $600 to replace my battery! Guess where I didn't replace my battery.
