Best service department I’ve been too in a long, long time…I’m talking decades. They were prompt, friendly and had my Jeep serviced in record time.
Went to buy a replacement vehicle, told them what my current one had including towing. Sales said they found the perfect fit. Test drive, miles, price all seemed good. Got home with it. No tow package. Kinda frustrating. Happy with the vehicle except for that one missing ability. Sure I can pay more and add it on later, but it won't be full spec to allow for its full capability.
Service was good when we bought truck. But when you do oil changes you will wait hours. Even if you make an appointment you will wait and wait some more. They do provide water, and snacks etc but I would rather buy my own and get done within a hour.
Highly recommend you arrange for an appointment prior to arrival for service. The showroom and sales is nice.
Vehicle is making noise and brought it in the first time they thought they fixed it well I brought it in the second time and they’ve been over backwards to try to fix it. Gave me a loaner car and also waive the deductible. Car runs great now.
Jasmine @ the service department + the techs have been phenomenal on servicing my Jeep on multiple outings. They always get the job done and there’s no reason to go elsewhere. I appreciate everything that this dealership does at every department.

This dealership have become the number 1 in town in my opinion. Professional, responsive, and fair. I think that Chelsea is the best service advisor I’ve encountered - she have been SO helpful! and at this point, this place feels like home to me. I also like the sales team - they are kind and not pushy. I own multiple Jeeps - so this comes from a lot of experience. This business deserves a great review!
From the service department, to sales and finance, we were treated with respect and have always made us feel like special people, not just a sale or profit. Having that type of treatment makes us want to stop by just to visit. I would refer family to Desert 215.

Deal was great, Transaction took less than 2 hours to complete, My sales person Chef Fred was amazing. I had a great experience buying my Challenger Scat Pack from Desert 215 Superstore. The staff was patient, helpful, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. I always get friendly service and repairs are done quickly.
The salesperson we had was great. The finance manager not so much. Gave me a line of baloney about the Military discount. I took that as very disrespectful to my service. I have bought 2 cars there and will not buy from them again if they are willing to lie over a $500 discount.

Went in today to get a new vehicle, found a great deal they had online on their website for a Jeep Grand Wagoneer, the vehicle was in great condition and they accommodated us on short notice, everyone did a great job and was super professional. I waited while my jeep was being serviced and she came out and updated me several times on the service timing and how it was going. Super sleazy sales tactics!! I brought my Jeep in for service and was immediately texted an offer to appraise it. When I accepted, that is when my entire day was wasted.
I was interested in two vehicles that qualified for 0% financing, but every question I asked got vague or partial answers. Instead, I was met with "come in, and we will figure it out" all day. My car was in their service center, so I was stuck at home!

5 stars hands down. I was in a bind my truck went out. I missed 2 days of work and on day 3 I applied online and Frank Rodriguez called me 1st and insisted I come in and he guaranteed me to leave with a vehicle.
